Nivo uses a small number of third-party images and reference data in its learning exercises. This page lists what they are, where they come from, and under what terms we use them.
Money-counting exercises show images of the common (EU) side of the €1 and €2 coins. Copyright in the design of the common sides of euro coins belongs to the European Union, represented by the European Commission, which has assigned enforcement of that copyright to each euro-area member state for its own territory.
We use flat, non-relief digital reproductions of the coin images (drawings/digital images without embossing), which is one of the reproduction formats the Commission allows, provided the reproduction is not detrimental to the image of the euro. The images are sourced from the European Commission's official page on the common sides of euro coins.

Geography exercises use an outline map of Belgium and its provinces for puzzle-style placement activities. The map is a simplified illustration intended for educational use and is not designed for navigation, surveying, or any purpose requiring geographic precision. Provincial and national borders shown are approximate and for educational purposes only.
Exercises are mapped to the official Flemish minimum learning goals and eindtermen (aardrijkskunde, Frans, Engels, wiskunde, Nederlands) so that a parent can see which official milestone a given exercise practices. This mapping is derived from data published by the Flemish government's learning-goals reference site.
