Nivo ("we", "us") is an educational learning platform operated by Rascals [legal entity name and registration number — placeholder]. These terms apply when you create an account and use the platform, including on behalf of your children.
An account must be created and held by an adult (16 years or older). Children use the platform through a profile created under a parent or guardian's account — a child does not create their own account, does not provide their own email address, and cannot be contacted directly through the platform.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for the activity that happens under your account, including the profiles you create for your children.
The learning content on the platform is provided for educational use. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell it. You may not attempt to disrupt the platform, extract data beyond your own account, or use the platform for anything unlawful.
